Sarah Schwalbach, MA, LMFT
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, dually licensed in MN and WI. I see individuals, couples, and families in my practice. I have worked in the mental health and addiction recovery field for almost 10 years. I earned my master’s of arts degree from Saint Mary’s University. Upon graduating, I began working for the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation as a mental health and family program professional. I have been employed there until beginning in private practice in the Spring of 2025. I specialize working with individuals who are currently, or who have previously, struggled with substance use disorder or are in recovery. I also specialize in supporting family members who are impacted by a loved one’s substance use and/or mental health concerns. I am certified in CRAFT (Community Reinforcement and Family Training) to help support families learn and implement evidenced-based skills, to promote non-substance using behaviors, while taking care of themselves.
